Solitary Studio - stylish starter with indoor-outdoor garden

So, my sim Sofia is about to graduate from university, so I thought I'd build her a home. She's a rather moody, strange individual with style to share, and the home is all that as well.

It's not actually a studio, since it has a rather large bedroom in addition to the living / eating area, and a super cool bathroom too. Eating happens on barstools. The sitting area features a big window giving to the garden, and some gorgeous indoor plants as well. The house is fully furnished, but has space for more stuff, because every sim wants to buy more stuff whenever they get money, right?


It has everything your sims actually need and more, but the only hobby item it has is the bookshelf, so your sims will have to read the newspaper and jump rope until their first paychecks arrive. The house is big enough for a single sim or a couple, and one could even fit a crib in the bedroom so a baby isn't out of the question either.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
