I have spent alot of time on this home, it is fully furnished, right down to the paintings on the walls. I hope that you and your sims enjoy it

It is from a house plan I found on the internet, slightly modified for your sims.

There is a front porch as well as a porch out the back with a BBQ area that leads down to a pool. There is plenty of room in the backyard for your little sims to play.
