"Velvet Curtains" Series
This is a series of larger more lavish houses compared to my others. While I wouldn't personally call them mansions because I don't really think they're big enough to qualify as I probably won't be building them on the biggest lots, they should be fairly big though and around the $100k-200k price range.

Side Notes
This is the fourth house in my "Velvet Curtains" series. As per the name it's got got a lot of yellow and orange type colour throughout (assuming my eyes are working right and it's not green and brown
lol). It's a good sized house with 3 nice sized bedrooms and nursery supplies in the master bedroom, 2 balconies off the upstairs "hallway" with hobby equipment. Also my first attempt at a split level room with full length windows (thanks to Beefysim1 and Qbuilderz for the tutorials / inspiration!) and it's got a swimming pool in it! Outside features include patio area with grill / fire pit and a zen type sand garden thing with a fishing pond.. great for contemplating.
Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessable so far as I could see). If anyone finds any issues please let me know and I'll try to correct them as promptly as possible.
