This is one of the biggest houses I've built I'm really more of a starter-houser. It's a decent sized 4 bedroom house for a growing family that may need a little more room for all the extra babbys they spawn while you're away playing another fambly. The Seabreeze is based on a real house plan and it features:

- 4 bedrooms (the study downstairs can easily be converted to a 5th)
