This house is for a little family (3 or 4 sims almost) and nearly rich, because it's expensive.
It has: Two floors and basement. Plus a swimming pool with an aquarium view from the basement.
Basement: Two car-park slots. A great relaxing room. Two bathrooms.
1st floor: Living/dining room and kitchen.
2nd floor: Two bedrooms. A bathroom. A little living room.
And for your sims enjoyment, a swimming pool and a quiet river.

It was placed at "Calle Sim,12" in Sunset Valley (Sorry, I have the spanish version).
It was game tested and all seems to be playable.
