A perfect house for two people. Kitchen and garage on the first floor and second floor has living room, bathroom and bedroom. Some of items are from The Sims 3 Store. House is fully furnished. A nice touch of blue gives it a uniqe look. Garden is landscaped, has a swimming pool and a little pond too. Courtyard has a little pond with fountain in it. I had to put a cheap car into the garage, so the house itself is cheaper. Hope you like my two storey ultra modern home.
