This is The Piffington.

It is a large, Stylish Home for 8 sims and possible more. Its like the house that everyone wants to go over to after school.. lol

It was built on a 60x60 lot and based on This house plan

This is Sarah's Dream Home. I used it for my own sim Family of 7 and it works great. This is also the first house i built in The Sims 3.

This is a great house for people who like generational sims.. (That was my plan but i accidentally had 5 kids lol)

There is also a smaller version available that I built and it isn't as expensive as this one and doesn't have as much features as this one.. It Is Here

The Features are
4 Bedrooms,
1 Nursery,
5 Bathrooms,
1 Large Empty Room for anything you'd like,
Living Room,
Office,
TV Room/ Den,
Large Eat-In Kitchen,
Pool,
Playground,
Pond,
Balcony on 2nd Floor,
"Artist's Retreat" Room which can be converted into anything you'd like,
2 Car Garage with 2 additional parking spots in the driveway,
A Garden with a few plants in it thanks to level 10 Gardener Sarah,
* The Boys Bedroom can be cut into 2 bedrooms.

WARNING The former family complained of little men or ... "Gnomes" .. randomly appearing in random places of the house .. BEWARE. The former family was so spooked and they left in such a rush that they forgot to grab all of their skill certificates in the office.

I dont know how or why but the family i played this house with had a Beautiful Vista Moodlet.. yet when i moved other sims in, they didn't get it.

it was built on 15 Summerhill Court
