This is a very small farm with a pond and a tiny field for planting. It has lots of outdoor-space but is pretty tight inside. While the exterior of the building is still fugly and old, the interior is partly somewhat modernised and renovated:
The garden area is also well primed:
The pond and field are somewhat cut off from the main estate which is encircled by a stone wall:
Now, upon entering, you're right in the living room. There's a small kitchen with a dining table and the first floor also has a bathroom with a shower. The two ground terraces give access to the lawn and provide some seating possibilities.
The second floor has some all-round "foyer" with a dresser, a desk and toys for the kids. The "master" bedroom gives access to a balcony. The second bedroom is for 2 children, decorated for 1 male and 1 female kid. Another bathroom with a bathtub can be found on the second floor too. There's also a "secret" empty room which you can use however you want. There's nothing in it, not even a proper wall covering or floor. (In my case, it's gonna become a nursery for the third child.)
If the game had any reasonable ladders for attic-access, I would have put some stuff in the attic too. Unfortunately, normal stairs just don't do well for attic access. (Stairs (and fences) generally are a major source for anger whenever I build...)
I hope you like and enjoy it. Also, I'd love some feedback, both positive and negative!

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
