Sim Arch National Monument and Public Forum is a great new place for your Sims to hang out, get to know one another, practice their hobbies, and enjoy life in general! This massive sculptural arch dominates the landscape, and underneath it's graceful curve is a wonderland of activities for your Sims and their friends! This Arch stands as a tribute to Sims everywhere, and is designed with above and below ground spaces to maximize the enjoyment of visiting Sims (they'll even get a +15 mood boost while on the premises!) Amenities of this vast park include: Indoor natural pool, sauna, playground/arcade, maze, Amphitheater w/ comfortable seating, fountain-side conversation area, spectacularly landscaped fishing-pond, concession area (grilling, picnics, coffee, bar), arts and sciences garden (with telescopes and easels), a variety of walking/jogging paths, and even a rest area (restrooms and beds) so your Sims never have to leave! This Monument is a unique and stunning addition to any town!
This is a redesign of the 64x64 lot that is normally occupied by "Central Park" in Sunset Valley. However, it can also be placed in the 64x64 lot in Riverview.
A few known issues: for some reason, the arch sometimes takes a bit to render properly on slower machines. It may look a little deformed at first, but will snap into it's proper place once your system catches up.
