Beach Paradise is a five bedroom pool house, which spans over three floors.
Bedroom One
Bedroom One is located on the first floor and is a single bedroom suitable for a child, it is decorated in light green and yellow citrus colours, with wall to wall carpeting.
Bedroom Two
Bedroom Two is also situated on the first floor, it is a double bedroom that could be used as a guest bedroom or master bedroom, it is decorated in a pastel blue with white furniture.
Bedroom Three
Bedroom Three is located on the ground floor, is a twin room with two single beds suitable for child or teen. It has its own ensuite with bath, toilet and basin. Bedroom Three is decorated in lilac and turquiose and is furnished with light wood.
Master Suite
The Master Suite is located on the ground floor and is a double bedroom, with a sitting area and full ensuite, including bath, shower, basin and toilet. The Master suite is suitable for the adults of your family and is decorated in dark reds and black, it is also furnished in a dark mahogany wood.
Nursery
The Nursery is situated on the ground floor next to the Master Suite, it has one crib, but with space to add additional cribs should you family expand, the Nursery is decorated in pale to mid shade yellows and includes a full ensuite, sitting area with bookshelf to enable you to read to your toddlers.
Bathroom One
Bathroom One is located on the first floor of the property and has shower, bath, basin and toilet facilities. Bathroom One is decorated in a chic Black and White and is everything the modern Sim could possibly need.
Bathroom Two
Bathroom Two is situated on the ground floor, by the pool bar, it is a spacious bathroom with full mirrored wall, shower, bath and toilet. It is decorate with cream and stone coloured brick walls and tiles.
Lounge
The Lounge is situated on the ground floor and is decorated in a modern style with aqua and blue tones, it is fully equipped with sofa, chairs, large t.v. bookshelf, computer and art easel. It is a large room which in the evening has a distinct chilled feel to it.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is also situated on the ground floor and is decorated in pertol blue and dark wood and chrome finished work surfaces, the kitchen has a dining area and all the mod cons, with doors leading to the pool, garage and BBQ areas.
Gym
The house has a small gym located on the first floor overlooking the pool.
Poolside Bar
The house has an enclosed poolside bar and seating area, there are also loungers and a BBQ Area at the rear of the house.
Additional Information
Although I have stated that the house has three floors, there is a large space on the first floor and the whole section of the second floor is empty, this is to allow for expansion, from the space on the first floor, you could open the wall up and use the roof of the garage as a sun terrace, im yet undecided myself with what to do with this section of the house.
The gardens took me a long time to get right, as I was going for the tropical jungle effect, this is probably the part of the house I am most proud of as I dont normally bother too much with gardens im my game.
Their are a few items in the house off of the sims 3 store, these are items from the ultra lounge set and the bayside bathroom set, i believe everything else is from the base game.
Everything runs fine in my game, but it is a large house with a lot of gardens, and my pc has a very good spec, i would appreciate knowing how it runs on other pcs.
The cost of the house is as follows
Furnished - $365,603
Unfurnished - $129,938
