This is a small pond with a wooden cabin on legs above it. A one-bedroom one-bathroom starter with everything you need, and you even get a bonus excellent™ herring with it for such a small price! It's so worth it! Apart from the mosquitoes.

30x20 lot, furnished price 13.264, no custom content, play tested with no issues. The pond has several kinds of fish for you to catch.
