I've play tested it and all seems to work fine. A weird anecdote: the sims I was using started a little fire in the living room. Next to the fireplace, only the plant on the mantle survived. Odd......Seymour might really be there....

All he had was a simple wish, a house of his own and a loving wife.

Well...he has the house, now and forever more.

This shack has seen better days. When it was still fairly new, people would come around from all over just to admire the beautiful flowers that used to grow around it. Seymour Phillips, the owner of the house, never really liked crowds, but he loved his house as much as they did, and he wanted everybody to enjoy it.

One day, a beautiful woman approached him. She loved his gardening and begged him to teach her his secrets. How did he make rubber ducks grow on plants? Through time, he learned to love her. She, however, had no actual interest in him, or is house. She was after this legendary plant called the Omni plant, rumored to have abilities beyond anyone's wildest dreams.

Week after week, he thought her how to bring out the green thumb in her. When she finally learned how to produce healthy rubber ducks, and various other objects, she left him, promising to return one day to spend the rest of their lives together.

He waited outside his house everyday, sitting on his favorite chair, in hopes of seeing her appear from the horizon.

She never did.

Today, the flowery beauty of the house has faded. The plants aren't dead, on the contrary, they are very healthy. There is just no more joy in the Old Man's House, flowers rarely appear.

Some say that Seymour Phillips is still around, keeping the plants alive and waiting forever the return of his loved one.

Others say he passed away an angry man, and that the very chair he sat on kept that last bit of emotion. That's why nothing but weeds grows around it.

Those are just stories right?

This house is decorated to look like it was made quite some time ago. The only electronics are the necessary ones, so a Technophobe would love living here.

The house includes:

One bedroom for two
One kitchen/dining room
One bathroom
One living room
A spare room
A main hallway
A small plot to garden

The house does not include:
Seymours ghost
Omni plants or any gardening plants

The car is a bit "buried" under a pile of leaves but will work fine (the parking space is hidden under the pile so to get it, flatten the leaf pile).

Enjoy the house, make Seymour proud again!

The house size is 30x40 and the spot where I chose to build it is 17 Maywood Lane .
