Lots of deliciously tacky trashiness for your neighborhood. It was built for Joe Hightower, a sim with rock star aspirations and a self described ladies man. Unfortunately Joe is too busy picking up chicks to pick up his yard. The shack includes 1 bedroom, 1 bath, fishing hole, a couple of cars..one of 'em might even work...and a low class luxe decor. Extras include guitar, flat screen tv, big ole stereo, computer and game system...not a bookcase in sight...cause you have to have some priorities. This much tacky dont come cheap, y'all....$49k furnished/$22k unfurnished.
