Hello MTS,
For years I have been uploading my lots directly the official Sim-site, feeling that me submitting my dabbling to MTS2 (at the time) would be a waste of everybody's time. You might know me as Littleminxundr on both the official sites for TS2 and TS3 and those who are really, really old (as old as I), might remember the Littleminx01-handle from the original Sims-classic boards!
However, with TS3 now having the focus of most people and my skills having gained some meat on their bones, I present you my Luxurious TS2 Villa on a 2x2 lot, furnished and for sale going at a mere 100.000$ and change, for your downloading pleasure.
It has a basement garage and a souterain teen-room. The garage has no direct entry to the house, the teen-room can only be entered from using the stairs inside the villa.
When furnishing I used furniture, plants and decorations from my entire range of EP's and SP's. And, quite inline with my ebil-streak, I own them all. And quite frankly, I have no clue what item belongs to what EP or SP anymore. So a fair warning, the villa might not offer the same things to each different individual downloader!
The original villa used CC by Numenor, Niol, Rgiles and Tbudgett, but that build did not get approved because of some parts of the CC needing the entire relevant set to be present on the computer of the person downloading. So I substituted the parts that were CC with Maxis Content. The villa is still spliffy!
