NOTICE: THIS LOT CONTAINS HACKED OBJECTS.
The fully furnished restaurant/motel comes on a 4x3 Community lot. It has a big guestroom, a reading room with "reception" and a TV room on the first floor.
There are also two fully equiped kitchens, which also function as playrooms for toddlers/kids. (To get the todds to the toys you'll have to use one of Inge's teleporter paintings, which I have strategically placed in the kitchens and the guestroom.)
The bedrooms are on the second floor. Four double rooms and two single rooms. There is a toilet in each room and showers on the floor.
On the outside you can see two jacuzzis in front of the buliding and a lake on its backside. I added two screenshots with some Sims on them to this post, so the lot wouldn't look so empty all the time.
A/N: Okay. After my insane downloading sprees on MTS2 over the last month, I think it's time to finally offer some humble creations off my own. Hope they don't suck too much.
ETA: Got rid of the annoying careers and the not used recolors. Comes still with the teleporter painting and the shrub egg.
