Modern Overtures

I was attracted to the little overhangs this home has- how they merge into one another. There's usually some reason I'm interested in building something and I usually can't describe it, so, "overhangs" is what I'm sticking with.

It's also the perfect size for my sims. I know some of you like behemoth lots. Me, not so much- nice to look at and build, but to play... a different story. So, I suppose, there's 2 reasons I built this.

Here's the original houseplan if you're interested in comparing.

-2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
-large open living area
-large entryway
-outdoor patio
-swimming pool (sorry, no infinity pool this time)
-simple, yet elegant, landscaping
