Hi to everyone

I wanted to prove I can do modern, more than once :P



The house is built on 2 levels: Street and lower. On the street level are open kitchen-dining-living-room, hall, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the lower level are office, nursery, bedroom, bathroom, garage, and a hall from which you can enter backyard.



Looking at the actual structure of the house shows that I have got a lot of inspiration of the works my friend Tom does. Though I can't never get to the same level as he as a modern house builder, I think I am getting the hang of it.

From the frontside of the house leads 2 slopes to the backyard, one of them serves as a drive way. The backyard is built on 2 levels. On the lower are patio and pool, on th upper garden and space to play.

I put all the plants except moneytree on the garden.

The house is built on a 40x40 lot, but sits well on a bigger one too, you just need to extend drive- and walkways.

It costs 139967 furnished, and 86657 unfurnished.
