(Named after the sim who tested it – not related to the place or the cheese.)
A miniature palace, suitable for a royalty or if you're in need of a building that reeks of old money. Complete with royal stables, royal throne, and royalindoor pool thermal bath; furnished for six sims (four royals, two servants) plus two hypothetical sim horses.
This is decidedly a historical place – lots of marble and fireplaces everywhere, no electricity, and bathroom facilities are relatively sparse. To make up for the lack of flatscreen TVs and so on, I've included an extensive selection of books – basically all of the appropriate ones (I've weeded out SciFi and everything else that looked too modern for this). The middle part of the building is taken up by a representative two-story entrance hall with an open gallery on the first floor, private rooms and entertainment are in the left wing, official business and facilities in the right wing.
Left wing:
– Formal dining hall, adjacent kitchen (with separate dining for staff) and half bath
– Royal bedroom and private study
– Two single bedrooms for Queen Mum and your favourite heir, with full bathroom and a small attic room on the landing
– Thermal bath: pool, lounge with bar and fireplace, adjacent bathroom and "bathroom"
Right wing:
– Royal throne and office
– Two empty spare rooms and an attic
– Stable and servants' quarters
– Basement: Storage and staff washrooms
Built on a 25x20 lot, should be easy to expand with a park/square/garden in front and/or back. This could be usd as a community lot as well, I would think – like an expensive hotel or a university building.
Base Game content only. This house will look exactly like on the screenshots.
Lot Size: 2x3
Lot Price: 218.785§ F, 146.226§

2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
