Hello all! This is my very first upload to the site so I’m really excited =) I’ve made quite a few houses but only recently did they actually start looking like something other people would want to download XD my first upload was rejected so hopefully this is the one!

Anyway! This is a two story house on a 20x30 lot that could fit a family of 4. It’s got 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ bath, swimming pool, a gym, and 3 balconies. I’m really proud of myself because this is literally the best house I’ve ever made (I’ve been struggling with house building AND landscaping since Sims1…)

Anyway! I really hope you like the house and since this is my first upload ever I’ll take all the feedback I can get! Whether it be good or bad! *constructive criticism please, no mean or angry comments, thanks =) *

oh by the way i used all base game content, no custom content =)
