I found that the footprint for beachlots in some of my other projects were unsuitable for Belladonna Cove and after searching I saw that there were not too many to choose from, so Bay View Drive beachlots.

A 2 Bedroom 3 Bathroom beach house on a 2x5 beachlot (shrunk using Mootildas' Lot Adjuster).

Covered Porches to the Front and Rear
Parking to the Right of the Property

Built using Numenors AnyGameStarter
Playtested for several Simdays

To my knowledge this lot is exclusive to Belladonna Cove

I used Frillen Driveway and extension, located at the bottom of the page

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
