Sam'Suffit (ça me suffit)... and that's just enough for me.
This 2BR Fisherman's hut was built to commune with nature, while finding shelter in a comfortable, yet simple abode. It is currently furnished for a Sim couple and baby, but the nursery could easily be converted to a small bedroom or additional study. There is a small independent hut for study and hobbies.
No CC.
2 Free Store items were used for decor: Harvest Bounty Mouse and the boat from the Riverview Neighborhood
I do have HELS. I did not use any objects from the pack, but I may have used some patterns.
Originally placed and built for the Recurve Strand beach lot in Sunset Valley, but will also look nice placed anywhere with a good view. The Old Pier, 130 and 180 Oak Grove Blvd are other good locations (with a bit of terrain leveling needed).
To replace community lots you need to:
1. modify neighborhood
2. change the current lot to residential
3. bulldoze the current lot
theGuest has kindly brought it to my attention that there is a need for an additional step for those who have updated their game with Ambitions:
The in game world editor tool (Ambitions) also means that you could place the lot anywhere you like, as long as you place a new terrain. Next to the Old Pier looks great too! Just remember to even out the terrain a bit.
Step 3b (Ambitions):
4. place the new lot on a fresh terrain.

- You will now need to replace the deleted lot with a fresh terrain using the world editor tool which appears next to the bulldozer in the modify neighborhood window, and looks like a piece of paper with a pen. (a 40x40 lot size is the closest I have found)
- You can grab the terrain and hold down Alt and/or mouse click to rotate and move the new terrain to your desired location.
- Once you have placed a new empty terrain you can now place the lot there.
4. place the new lot on a fresh terrain.
