Detailed Information
I wanted to try and make a beautiful home for your sims. It's a very good size and I think it's good value (though as with most of my lots, it's not below starter price).
This house plays well - I've had a family of 4 living here for a while and the living space just seems to work brilliantly. The only downside you might find is with toddlers because there are a lot of stairs in this place.
So, there's three really large bedrooms including a master suite on the lower ground level. Also on the lower ground level is a small gym/bonus room. The rear garden is small because I concentrated the landscaping efforts on the front. You could easily place the house on a larger lot if you wanted more outdoor space.
The middle floor (which is where you access the house) consists of an airy parlour, compact kitchen and reasonably large dining room.
In the converted attic space is a bathroom and two more bedrooms, one of which is a derelict room.
