Hi folks,
some time passed by. Time for something new:
The Asian District
ok, ok,.. everything I know about Asia is,.. Sony..err..NINTENDO,..
Never been to Asia...
But I always wanted to build an asian lot... So I did my best.

Expansion Pack 2 (Ambitions) required

Two bedroom, office, living room, kitchen, dining room, bath, relax area
Home 2:
Bath, bedroom, dining room/kitchen, balcony

Bath, bedroom, BBQ, kitchen garden, balcony, show room
Laundry:
Self-explanatory, bath
Inventors House:
Living room, bath, wine-cellar, room for handicraft work, balcony
School of martial arts:
Relax area, bath, training rooms in and outside, washing room, balcony
Temple:
Houses one holy tree
, outside area
Tatoo Studio / Restaurant / Beauty Saloon:
Tatoo studio, two bath, kitchen, dining room, beauty saloon
Outside:
Fish, swing, parking lots for cars and bicycles, pools (somehow), frogs, sim-gnubb, outdoor-chess, picnic, water falls, Zen garden, butterflies, bees, thievish ants (you have to set visuell effects to max to see them.)

Hint:
When you place the lot in your world, have a close look at the ground painting,.. if you feel it doesn't look right, then please turn the lot around before placing! That's a general problem when placing lots with ground paint, it has nothing to do with my lot.
