SCREENSHOTS
"Aftermath" Series
This is a series of derelict, abandoned style buildings which may include some form of "destruction" to the architecture or landscape. The type of building you might see in apocalypse / disaster type movies and video games. This theme has been inspired by games such as the STALKER and Fallout series and movies like Mad Max, and many others.
Old Vehicle Station
Following the road through The Cordon is dangerous so I'm glad I found this place. Fortunately it's been abandoned by it's former residents, probably Bandits but there's no telling with the things roaming the countryside these days. At least it offers some shelter and protection.
Rooms
2 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
Kitchen / dining room
Livingroom
Office
Lot Size: 30x30
Lot Price: $54,418 (F) / $41,820 (Unf)
Side Notes
This is my fourth lot in this series, anyone that has played "STALKER: Shadows of Chernobyl" or "STALKER: Clear Sky" will probably recognise this lot. It's basically my TS3 representation of the Vehicle Station that the Bandits / Army held in the Cordon sector, I tried to make it resemble the game area but it's not supposed to be an "exact replica" as doing something that detailed would take far more CC and skill than I possess .
There are 4 beds and 2 bathrooms in one building on the left of the main entrance, a kitchen / dining and livingroom in the larger building on the right with an office set up in one of the little guard booth things, as well as some old abandoned work vehicles.
Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything that should be usable is so far as I could tell. Areas and items that need to be accessible are as far as I can tell, there is one room which is mostly decorative and has some floor / roof CFE work so pathing may be a little odd but there's nothing significant in there object wise.
Custom Content
You will need the following CC items for this lot to show correctly:
Srikandi's Wrecked Roofing
Sim2Kid405's All Ownerable Non Ownerable Cars (the Taxi / Maid / Repair / Repo download)
I don't think I used any EA download / free Store content but if anyone has issues with items in the screenshots not showing up right in game, please let me know as I do have some EA Store content loaded (it's all free stuff though). Everything else should be available either normally or using the BuyDebug cheat.
Also I've marked it as requiring WA, Ambitions and HELS as I have all 3 installed so I wanted to be safe and err on the side of caution, though I don't think I actually used anything from HELS or Ambitions so it "may" work if you don't have those yet but no guarantees.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
