For me, this house proved to be the most enjoyable to play so far, so here it is to share with you. I made this house to replace the one residential lot at the French Market and tried to stick with the original entrance because I liked it and didn't want to change the look of the market area much. It's not the same but it's similar.
Again, this house was created with the needs and interests of sims I play with in mind, one of which is an artist and the other, a photographer. First floor has a reading room and a chess room, an art room, bedroom for kids, kitchen, bathroom, one car garage and garden while I wanted kind of an attic like atmosphere to the second floor even though structurally it's not. The main bedroom, a small space for study and a cozy corner to drink nectar and play cards (and cheat while doing so!) after sending kids to bed are on this floor.
Just a quick note, the lot type is not "vacation house", you'll need to change it if you want to place it in Champs Les Sims.

Garden and the cellar which is two parts. One for nectar making, and the other small part is a dark room for photographers. It's just there for decorative purposes though. The garden comes with plants for nectar making. Most of them (including all grape vines) are perfect quality.
And yes CC, there's a clutter mania going on in this house even though I tried to keep it down.
