Reasonably Priced Villa - Medium

This is the first house in what I think will become a series of 2 - 4 houses in different sizes. The intention is to have availible houses that are more expensive then starterhomes, yet still achievable for the common sims within a reasonably period of time.


Layout:

The groundlevel contains the kitchen, diningtable, sittingarea, a bathroom and the entrancehall, all in an open-plan.

The second floor contains two quite large bedrooms and the masterbedroom with an ensuit.

The attic is currently the office but could be made into a guestbedroom if needed.

Empty basement. So why the empty basement? Well, first I couldn´t decide wether to have a basement or not. The basement is a cheap and functional way to add space to the house but at the same time, it´s not nice to live down there.. But since it´s hard to add a stair from a basement to the groundlevel when you are using a foundation between, I figured that I put it there and if you want to, you can use it as gym, swimmingpool, extra bedrooms or perhaps a future homebusiness when that EP arrives. If you dont want it, simply erase the basement and stairs...

Price fully furnished: 49.500 $
In order to keep the cost under 50 k, some decorations have been disgarded.

Make sure to put the short end towards the road or place it on a bigger lot.

Requrements
Late night is very much important since the windows comes from that EP. Other EP is also needed if the interior is to be as in the pictures.
