The Pemberley Estate is the home of Mr. Darcy, one of the most romantic and chivalrous characters created by writer Jane Austen. In her book Pride and prejudice, Darcy is portrayed as a wealthy, tasteful gentleman, and he requires a gentleman's house to go along with his status.
Pemberley is a stately, three story stone building filled with luxurious and expensive furniture, paintings, and sculptures. The grounds are dotted with fountains, trees, and beautiful flower gardens that provide a perfect backdrop for this handsome house. Inside, it features 6 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a chapel, a music room, a card room, a sculpture hall, a drawing room, a large library, and several other rooms that provide every entertainment a young, handsome socialite such as Mr. Darcy could require.
This version of the Pemberley Estate is based on the Chatsworth House in the UK. This house is thought to be Jane Austen's inspiration for Pemberley in Pride & Prejudice, and it appears in the 2005 movie edition of Pride & Prejudice. I tried to keep everything pretty similar to what I could find in pictures and plans, but there isn't a whole lot of information on the house, so I invented most of the interior rooms, and of course, I used some amount of artistic license to create the grounds, since the real Chatsworth grounds are extremely large and complicated.
Pemberley is mostly intended as a decorative lot for neighborhoods, since it is so huge and might be hard on lower end computers, but it is fully furnished with everything a 17th or 18th century sim could need.

7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
