The house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large living, dining and kitchen, backyard pool, and plenty of parking in front. The rooftop has a little garden area and green house and room for a jacuzzi that your sims can soak in under the night sky. My Sim who lives in this model, Lorenzo Cape, is working his way up in the business world. He has been enjoying the telescope on the roof.
