RoofGardenRoad (No CC) OFB needed

Hi! Here is a "ecobuilding" to your neighbourhood.
Currently this is a residential lot!
Use as a decoration or change into a working apartmentbuilding.

What makes this an ecobuilding?

-A communitygarden on the roof.
-"Greywater is cleaned by the plants".
-No parkinglot. Your sims will have to use buss. Sorry.
-Those simmers with Seasons EP can compost their trash.
-The building it selve is a factory conversion. (Or at least is trying to look it).

Building info:

Floors: 8 + the area on the roof.
Apartments: 18 (Features only).
Elevators: 3
LotPrise: 432 147$
Lotsize 5x4

1st floor has a shop (decorative only), a jym with showers, library and a playarea for your kids.

Please note that this building is currently a residential home. Not yet a apartmentbuilding!
You´ll have to change the lotzoning. However, a copy of this was tested in apartmentlife EP.
Building works fine. But zooming at rooflevel can be tricky because of the hight.

*To make this into a working apartmentbuilding:*

-Change the ordinary doors into apartmentdoors.
-Open your cheatbox (Ctrl+Shift+C) and change lotzoning into apartmentbase.
-Remember to make any changes for the common areas, you might wish, like trees, flowers and so forth, before you change the zoningtype!
-(Zoningtype can be changed back if needed).

CustomContent needed? No!
ExpansionPacks needed? Yes! OFB for the elevators, brickwall, stagetool and windows.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
