Since I had such a great response to my City Bungalow Series, I decided to start a new venture called the "Cul-De-Sac Series." A collection of 5 house plans done in 3 or more different ways, or "Phases", much like how it is done in a typical housing development. The different phases can be mixed and matched to create uniform, cookie-cutter style neighborhoods. I mean, that's just fun, right?

The Baxter

This plan has 3 phases, each using the same fundamental floor plan, but with different features.
