The Hanover Street Fire House (Station #3) is the oldest of the fire stations in the city. It has kept watch over Thrasher Park and the quiet, if somewhat shabby neighborhood for many years. During those years, the neighborhood slowly deteriorated and Thrasher Park became a place for gangs and thugs instead of laughing children.

With more and more funding being diverted to projects in other parts of the city, the fire station suffered as well. If not for the dedication of the men and women who were assigned to the station and at times used money from their own pockets for upkeep, the fire house would have long since fallen into disrepair.

Today, the old fire station has been brought up to proper standards. There are 5 beds, 4 bathrooms (a half bath and a full bath for females and the same for males), a full kitchen, tv with a game set up and exercise equipment. There is also a quiet reading nook and a telescope as well as a work bench for budding inventors.

Along with funding, the Mayor gave the brave men and women, (both living and dead) the Valor and Hero trophies. The Hero Trophy sits in the fire chief's office. In memory of the those that lost their lives in the orphanage fire, the remaining firefighters placed the Valor Trophy and the only working fire hose above the fire station door.
