Here is another house for two families.
Both apartments have a kitchen, diningroom/-area, living room and two bathrooms. There is an additional bath in the community area (directly next to the entrance).
The groundlevel apartment has three rooms that can serve as bedrooms (in the download lot one is furnished as hobbyroom).
The first floor apartment has a masterbedroom to which one of the baths is connected and a second bedroom.
Lot Size: 2x3
Lot Price: 2283 - 2505 per week
