I've always thought that the default sky lacks a lot of color and vibrancy, so I've made this mod to replace it with a brighter and bluer sky. Your skies will look more colorful and your world will feel warmer. See the difference:

There sunset colors also change a little, but they still look similar to the default ones.
Also note that the colour of the light in the world and inside the houses changes a bit, but again, the difference is very little.

Install as a normal .package file

This mod doesn't work in worlds that include have custom INI files and color ramps, like some custom worlds and EA worlds. To make this mod work in such worlds, you need to remove the INI files and color ramps from their .world file in S3PE, so that they become like Sunset Valley (without custom weather).

If you want to use this mod in a world from the EPs, I've prepared the .world files with no INIs/color ramps for you. Place the new .world file (e.g. Bridgeport.world) in the following folder and replace the one that's alerady there: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\EP\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Worlds

Remember to make a backup of the original file in case you want to use it again.

Included files:
-Appaloosa Plains.world
-Bridgeport.world
-China.world
-Egypt.world
-France.world
-Moonlight Falls.world
-Twinbrook.world

For world creators
You can use the INI file for your world freely, but please give credit if you use it.
