lot size: 10x10
price: $24.544 f / $19.787 uf

a tiny, (relatively) cheap vacation home that i built out of sheer frustration after noticing base camp becomes a swampy pit of misery and horror by day 2. (how do they manage to break everything that can conceivably spray water? HOW?) mostly furnished, sparsely decorated, with a tiny attic to store stuff. sleeps four sims, which is the maximum amount of sims i can take on vacation without disintegrating from the force of my own rage.

comes with the basics, plus:
--television
--mirror
--fish tank

notes!

--the spiral staircases may look strangely placed, but they are fully functional; i've tested this house for a full vacation of 5 days with 4 sims with zero issues.
--world adventures was used for the roofing, stone walls, shuttered windows, a plant (i believe the pink hydrangea), the column supporting the outdoor plant shelf, and the terrain paint leading up to the stairs. it's not entirely necessary, but much of the french country aesthetic would be lost.
--high-end loft stuff was used for the fish tank. it's totally optional unless you really want a fish tank.
--generations was used for the spiral stairs, bunkbeds, and lamps in the bedrooms. this is absolutely required.
--pets was used for the purple heather outside, a barrel plant on the outdoor plant shelf, and the plant in the dining room. it's optional.
--showtime was used for the 3-tile arch between the dining room and living room. it can easily be replaced by any other 2- or 3-tile arch and is therefore optional.
