This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Queen Anne on a 3x4 lot; cost is excessive, $160K or so. I never intended to actually play this house, I built it because I had a jones to build it. The furnishings are more period than playable. I have play tested it with a 4 person family, but not extensively. I fixed all the problems I found except the size, it takes a long time to get where you're going. And the 2nd floor is a dummy floor, so if you actually play the house you will have to "skip over" that floor.

I'm limited on the number of pictures, so all I included was an exterior shot and the stairway. Some earlier interior shots and further information from when I was building this are here:

From a build standpoint, I'm real happy with the house; outside of the tower roof. I tried all kinds of different stuff, and the Maxis standard roof turned out to the best of bad options. But overall I like the way it looks, and I put it here in case anyone else has any interest.

This house was built on a second user account on XP with no hacks or custom content installed, and it was ran through Clean Installer.
