"Simone" is a house with history. It was formerly owned by the Rockford family, a family known for being "eccentric." People would come late at night, according to observant neighbors, and not leave until morning. One night a fire broke out, nearly burning the home to the ground. The Rockfords and their guests were presumed to have died in the blaze, but no bodies were ever discovered.
