'Queenslander' homes were popular in years gone past in - you guessed it - Northern Australia (primarily the state of Queensland). Times have changed, however, and this classic house has recently been renovated. The pylons holding up the house have been replaced by a walk-out basement, and the interior has been remodelled to suit more modern times. The general colour scheme of blues and whites was kept, with splashes of vibrant colour added throughout to liven up the house. Although the house has been meticulously groomed, the same cannot be said for the garden - the owners like to think the overgrown feel adds to the overall character, though their neighbours don't seem to agree.

The Main Level features the main living areas of the house. While the living room retains classic colouring, the kitchen shows it's fiery side with bright red accents and a feature wall, and the main bathroom is themed around a cool green. A study nook, in bright blue, is also present, as with a veranda at both the front and the back, the front featuring a barbecue and dining setting.

The Walk-Out Basement features the two bedrooms - a master bedroom in purple with ensuite and a kids room, in orange, to sleep two - as well as a fun entertainment area, complete with foosball, chess and an arcade table, always a favourite of the neighbourhood kids.
