UPDATE: Martian Mystique: a Red/Black take on Plutonian Pleasantry!
A home that is simply out of this world! From its amazing lighting system to its incredibly unique layout, this home never fails to impress. The builder of the home claims it was inspired by houses he saw when he was abducted, but the validity of his claims is certainly debatable. People typically associate the wackiness of the house to insanity.
For the house itself, on the bottom floor, you'll find the sleeping quarters and the living room. The sleeping quarters are identical, so no one feels disappointed that they got the smaller room (except for the center). They are also very small, as with real spaceship quarters. The living room has a gorgeous water fountain that is reflected off of a large, brilliant mirror. On the other side of the living room is the common area, where people can snuggle up in front of an interstellar fire and watch Earthly broadcasts on the enormous television. On the second floor, you have the bathroom, where every Sim can rid himself/herself of waste and wash off planetary dust. Also here is the kitchen and dining room. Plenty of counter space to create delicious meals from odd-looking ingredients. On the third floor, you have the utilities to wash off your space suit. On the fourth floor, you have the study, where you can study other planets and life forms. In the study, there are some convenient shelves to put your space rock collection on. On the fifth floor, you have your hydroponic garden, where you can grow your food. And finally, to the right of the house, is the watch tower, where you can search for other beings in the sky.
The front of the house.
The lighting system at night.
The rear of the house with the pool.
The kitchen and dining room.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
