''Mint'' Is the first of 4 houses from a little project I'm working on.
The houses will be named after the color they get.

Mint is a small bungalow for a single Sim or a couple.
The interior is made up with tacky wallpapers combined with stone walls and 60's modern furnishing. When you enter you're in a hall, leading to the bedroom, the living area, and the toilet.
-The living area is a compact, open area with the kitchen, living, and dining room. Chill in front of the TV or make yourself comfy at the fireplace.
-The bedroom is small, with a double bed matching the wallpapers and access to the patio at the back of the house. Go and sit outside when it's sunny! (Patio chairs aren't included when buying the house.)
-And finally the toilet, yeah, the shit-house. From the toilet you can enter the laundry, which has access to the garage. (I haven't really thought of that. Having to go through the toilet before you can slam yourself into bed or something )

At the back of the house there are 3 big windows to let daylight flow into your comfy house.

Return to the Sixties! houses:
-Mint
-Savannah
-Cherry Blossom
-Blueberry (In the queue)

The house is built on a 20x25 lot and costs §80.261 F and §44.216 UF
The only CC used is the DIY build set by armiel which is not included.

I hope you enjoy this bright little bungalow. I had fun building and payed as much attention to detail and realism as I could!
