A peaceful place for your sims to raise a family, or a nice retreat with enough room to invite guests!
The cottage's name comes from the fact that a breezway separates the two sections of the house. The breezeway is screened in, and so makes a good area to relax when it's not too hot outside.
The upper level has a comfortable loft room, reachable by ladder:
