Hello,
This is another small Elven home - "The two towers". The house is built using aelflaed's tiny lots and mustluvcatz's Ivy.

This is built on 2x1 lot size and it's costing 16,682(a starter home). Has three levels and a beautiful and peaceful garden(where you can fish for instance). There are 2 small rooms in each level,except the highest one(the bedroom),that can contain a double bed. It's been tested - your sims will move from one level to the next one with no problem.

The house is not furnished - but my idea of furnishing it was: First floor - bathroom and kitchen/dining. Second floor - bathroom and living room. Finally the bedroom on the third floor.
