Hello! Welcome to my latest upload, a small home for two Sims just starting out. It has a living room, a kitchen and dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a study.
There are three pieces of custom content included, a plant from Around the Sims 3 and a loveseat and side table from Awesims. The only other thing I used was Remove stencils and overlays by velocitygrass.
The lot price is 17,992 furnished and 14,194 unfurnished.
The lot size is 20x15.
Built with World Adventures, Ambitions, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, Island Paradise, High-End Loft Stuff, and Master Suite Stuff.
