Hygieia was the Greek Goddess of cleanliness and good health, and this looks like the perfect place for her. I had a request for a palace for a goddess, is this it? If it isn't I can see this being a very lovely place to live for a big family, or even a spoiled couple and two kids?
This house is again very huge in size, not as big as the Moorish mansion I made though, only about 33 mb You still need a very big computer to run it.
The chair in this picture comes from one of the sets I have listed as needed. I have sorted the list according to build items and decoration items. Making this house work for you without the windows and columns is not going to be easy. It took me a lot of work to make those fences along the foundation. You may have an EA fence you would like to use instead though. It all depends on how much work you're willing to do yourself. One of the items from Luna installed as a sims3pack through the launcher, sorry about that. You can remove it before installation with Custard if you like: http://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2011/0...ys-custard.html
I decided on a modern and traditional Greek fusion this time. I really love fusions for some reason, it may just be a minimalists take on clutter
Floorplan:
Master suite with a dressingroom, livingroom, bathroom and bedroom. It also includes two balconies. On the upper floor above the master is two kids bedrooms, a nursery and a room for the nanny or something. Also includes a playroom on the landing. 2 bathrooms in addition to the one in the master.
Kitchen and diningroom: The diningroom doubles as the hallway where guests arrive. The house has a side entrance, but it has no gate to avoid issues for the player. The diningroom has two floors.
Entertainment: Guest bathroom, bar with music, terrace with a fireplace and a BBQ, and a diningtable. A room for the family and friends by the pool with a TV. Upstairs from the bar is a section to put some beds in and have guests staying over. Several rooms closer to the back can also be used for hobbies.
From the inner courtyard you have access to a pool, hottub, a big guesthouse, pavilion, and a spare room for hobbies or something. Includes some nice couches at the back to rest on.
The diningroom sits 8 people and have regular couches and chairs alongside the walls. It's also two floor high.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
