Fancy, modern & affordable starter home!

This is a starter home because it can be bought for under 20,000 simoleons. It contains all the essentials but doesn't look hideous like all the pre-made ones! It is stylish and homely and the colors are matched well!

I have listed all the EPs & SPs I have but I don't think you will need them all to use this house! I would say the only absolute essential is IKEA HOME STUFF!

It's brilliant if you have FreeTime because you get a free computer! Thats why I have included a desk.

Tips to free up household funds:
1. sell the flowers and tree
2. sell the rug
3. sell the art easel
4. sell the closet/dresser
5. sell the desk
6. sell the bookcase
7. sell the TV
8. sell the extra chair
9. sell the wallpaper
10. sell the burglar alarm
11. sell some lights
12. sell some windows

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
