The focus here is on modern architecture which maximizes ocean views. This unfurnished beach house is nestled among palms and flowers and has a little swimming pool to refresh after a few hours in the sun. It has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, spacious living and dining areas and large kitchen with room for breakfast table.
The house will place on Moon Islands beaches or if you have my Isla Chica terrain, it will place on any beach. What Sim doesn't need a beach retreat? I believe the answer is, "None!"
