This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
Those cargo pants look quite good don't they? For a default clothing item anyway.
They look even better as jeans!

Blue
Green - Last minute addition so no screenshot, sorry.
Stand-alone item, Recatagorised so they show up in Jeans.
