I have lived in seven different houses in my life, and have never had a modern house (except that one time on the Naval Base in Goose Creek, SC, which inspired me here) of my very own, except in The Sims. This Mid-century Modern home has an open plan, windows everywhere, hard wood floors, gourmet kitchen, and upgraded stainless steel appliances. It boasts corner tubs in both spa-like bathrooms, along with double sinks and marble tile floors. The soothing blue and green color scheme flows both inside and outside of this spacious home.
The wrap-around patio provides plenty of room for entertaining. The landscaping is easy to maintain and gives a Sim a place to plant their own flowers.
The home boasts a great room with fireplace, a study, two bedrooms, two full en suite bathrooms, kitchen and dining area. The exterior is stacked stone, popular in the mid 20th Century, with the stone repeated as a kitchen back-splash and fireplace surround.
I tried to make sure your sight-lines throughout the house were not blocked by large furniture, so it is easy to play. There is no Custom Content. To install, extract the .zip file to your Tray folder: i.e. MyDocuments>Electronic Arts> The Sims 4>Tray
