Hi! Here's another recreation of one of The Urbz apartments: Blankwood towers, it's your urb's second apartment and you earn it in the console game by gaining reputation, fill it with each and every furniture you think it suits the apartment the best, that's what made it so fun in the console game after all!

I don't have apartment life installed, that's why this lot is residential and not an apartment, but if you do have AL I recommend you to turn it into an apartment.

Lot Price (furnished): 165,605
In The Sims 2 the neighborhood view doesn't show flooring above about 10 stories, so don't get weirded out if this lot is missing the roof on the latest floor in the neighborhood view, as this is a 12 stories building (thanks for clearing that out for me Zarathustra).
