Now that I’m able to start making some recolours of items in The Sims 4 I have started with the children’s furniture. I love the design of these items but I didn’t like the patterns on the frames and duvets. So I’ve removed them.
Now, they aren’t going to be perfect. This is the first time I’ve recoloured something so it isn’t up to EA/Maxis standard of textures. But it actually looks good in the game. I’m very happy with these items and I want to share them with you all.
I've recoloured the 7 items from what I call the Children's Furniture Set. They are as follows:
Children's Bed,
Children's Nightstand,
Children's Dresser,
Children's Desk,
Children's Toy Box,
Children's Bookshelf,
Children's Waste Bucket.
These are standalone items and do not replace the items already in the game. You will see two of the items in the Buy Mode panel. I've tried to rename my recolours to include "Plain" where logical. So far it seems that you can't use the Recolour tool on recolours. If you wish to change the colour, you will need to sell the item and buy it in the colour you want.
I've only included a single zip but all the items are included. They are separate so if you wish to pick and choose what you want in your game, you can. I hope you like them!

This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
