Viccingi House, updated

It was fun finding the Roman word for Viking, it's Viccingi. Perfect for a house This is a modern scandinavian style house in white and wood, it fits it's name well

This is a familyhouse with an apartment, master, 1 kids room and a nursery. In total 4 bedrooms. Open plan kitchen and diner, livingroom, familyroom with kids toys at the top. pool and bbq in the backyard.



The master bedroom at the top floor has it's own bathroom. It's close to the kids or family livingroom. The kids room and nursery share a bath. They are all on the same floor with a walk-in-closet and small kitchen for the toddlers.



The apartment with a bath and it's own livingroom and balcony.



The main livingroom has a desk for the important gaming pc, a TV area and a fireplace.



Youtube has closed this video to Germany. I could have replaced the music, but I prefer to feel sorry for the Germans buhu.

Be aware of the staircase and fireplace in this video have been replaced because of pets 1,26 patch issues. The picture of the fireplace following this upload is the right one. The staircase is now the concrete one from basegame with a mid support, or actually it turned out to be on the side. Anyways it still looks good, and reduce the list of CC to be downloaded.

Install Instructions

Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
